I am really excited about this Saturday’s class- instead of focusing on one food, we’re going to be pickling a bunch of different veggies. Zucchini, cucumbers, beans, peppers, maybe even some daikon radish if I can find it at the market on Wednesday!
Bring your own veggies to the class and get $10 off the regular class fee. I’m excited to see what we can come up with! I’ll have all the jars, vinegar, and spices on hand, along with all of my recipe books.
