I am really excited about this Saturday’s class- instead of focusing o
n one food, we’re going to be pickling a bunch of different veggies. Zucchini, cucumbers, beans, peppers, maybe even some daikon radish if I can find it at the market on Wednesday!
Bring your own veggies to the class and get $10 off the regular class fee. I’m excited to see what we can come up with! I’ll have all the jars, vinegar, and spices on hand, along with all of my recipe books.

When I was 7 months pregnant with my son, my dad gave me 100 pounds of tomatoes. I figured it was a great time to stand over a pot of boiling water, and so I taught myself how to can. I am a pickle lover and think your site is wonderful. I want to learn how to pickle without using salt so that I can eat 3-5 pickles a day without concern. I hope I am able to attend your class in the future. You have a beautiful Website and I wish you all the best.
